Main details:

Type of Enquiry (Vip, Cargo, Commercial Jet), Charter type, Request date, Customer, Customer contact, source of requests, source description, internal notes, assigned broker (salesperson) and office

Routing details:

Automatic flight time estimation by average speed and distance between airports with option of manual time entering, ability to select the Aircraft type for average speed data

Ability to use local times in airports or UTC times (automatically provided conversion)

Ability to check the sector airport details and see the route on map

Option to set time by departure or arrival

Option to mark sector as empty leg (which will auto create empty leg in EL tool)

Option to mark sector as positioning leg (not visible in customers quotes)

Support of rotations copy on required numbers of times

Color coding legs - grey for past dates and pink for empty legs

Color coding for times: Blue for local time and Black for UTC

Once the appropriate aircraft types are selected, next step will offer the Operator search result based on types filer with further filers by:

Selected airport by aircraft based airport + radius distance from it in km, Aircraft year or manufacture, if allowed for military zones, bed and medivac availability, smoking allowance, if required owners approval, etc.

Regional filers by worlds region, aircraft registration country/state, aircraft based country/state, operator registration country/state, or world wide search.

Auto set of county filters based on route details.
